Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations for Flexential SKO will be booked for you at the Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta once you have completed your registration. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Prior to the event you will receive a "Know Before You Go" email with further details about the event including accommodation information.

Flights
All employees are responsible for arranging and booking their own round-trip flights to Flexential SKO. Round-trip airfare is budgeted at $500.00 per person. If you have trouble finding flights within that budget, please email the SKO Team at skoteam@flexential.com. Please review the Flexential Expense Policy to ensure you follow all current guidelines.
Arrival flights for all attendees should be booked to arrive prior to 6:00 PM on Monday, January 12 and departing flights should be booked no earlier than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 14.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation will be arranged based on the flights you input during registration. If you have a change in your flights, please email Jordaan Van Oort at jvanoort@cdlevents.com.If you do not notify Jordaan Van Oort of your flight changes, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation at your own expense.
Arrivals: Ground transportation will be provided for Flexential SKO attendees arriving on Monday, January 12, but only for those flying into ATL/Hartsfield–Jackson.
Upon arrival at ATL/Hartsfield–Jackson proceed to baggage claim for your ride. Even if you did not check any luggage, you will still need to head to baggage claim to meet the transportation staff/driver. Please proceed to the baggage claim area for your ride and look for a transportation representative holding a Flexential sign. They will then direct you to your ground transportation. The transportation company will be checking flight arrival times. In the event that flights are delayed, the greeter will remain on-site and re-schedule transportation accordingly.

Departures: Ground transportation will also be provided to ATL/Hartsfield-Jackson Airport from the hotel at the conclusion of the meeting on Wednesday, January 14. Please book departure flights for later than 4:00 PM.
When you check in at Flexential SKO Registration you will receive a departure notice, which will provide you with the details for your ground transportation returning to the airport. If you need to make changes to your departure transportation, you will be able to at Registration.
IMPORTANT: Any travel outside of the Flexential SKO event dates listed above (both personal and business related) will need to be arranged separately. You will be responsible for making these arrangements yourself and any associated costs cannot be expensed to Flexential SKO.
**If you use another method of ground transportation to or from the airport to the hotel (i.e.: Uber) – this will NOT be a reimbursable expense. **
If you are driving to the event, self-parking is available for $40. Valet parking is $55 per day.
